Ingredients: 

  • 10 oz. orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 cup cranberries (frozen or fresh)
  • ½ cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 5 oz. milk
  • 1-banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ½ tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • Mint (to garnish)
  • Strawberry chunks (to garnish)
  • Orange slices (to garnish)
  • Cranberries (to sprinkle)

Directions:

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. If you are using frozen fruit, throw it in the blender.
  3. If you are using fresh fruit, you will have to wash and cut it.
  4. Take the banana and peel it off.
  5. Now cut it into small pieces.
  6. Now take the cranberries and rinse them under fresh tap water.
  7. Dry the cranberries with a paper towel.
  8. Take the strawberries.
  9. Wash them under clean water.
  10. Now take off the leaves and pat dry them.
  11. Now take an orange and a juicer.
  12. Put the orange in the juicer.
  13. You will get fresh orange juice in the glass.
