Dumskeme Shomi should know better when it comes to DNS servers and Addon-Domiains, as videos in the Dumskeme Blog don’t play properly becasue the site is embedded in a giant frame. Frames went out of style before I hit puberty… so bring Dumskeme to the Shomillenium! Haha.

Shomi was invited last weekend to LA by the Clipse to film behind the scenes at the video shoot for their upcoming single off ‘Till The Casket Drops, “I’m Good” featuring hometown hero and superdupermegaultra producer, Pharrell Williams of the Neptunes. The above is the result of him coming back to Virginia and hopping on Final Cut.

I wouldn’t be here blogging/designing/creating at the level I am or with the friends & clients I’ve had opportunity working with/meeting without the support from Shomi, his colleges, the companies of theirs and those whom since moved on to start their own companies. It’s a blessing. Links are at the bottom of every page on The Cluh if you want to know more about who I’m talking about. So, how does one say “We’re Good” in Bangladesh?

Friends of The Cluh, VA’s own, Clipse have released the music video for their song “Kinda Like A Big Deal” featuring Kanye West and produced by DJ Khalil off their upcoming album “Till The Casket Drops.” It’s a good video and the song goes hizard.

I dedicate this video from father/rapper Malice of The Clipse to all the fathers that are there for their children and raise them to know right from wrong. (Dad, even though you were out to sea/divorced from my mom for most of my childhood, you always called/wrote/saw us when you could, and I thank you heavily for that.) For the other, not-there-for-their-kids fathers, y’all need to reevaulate yourself and be there when your little one(s) need it most. Also, a big happy fathers day to all the single mothers putting in double shifts in the parenting department– y’all deserve the recognition too.

Here’s an oldie but goodie. About an hour ago I popped 2005′s “Grand Theft Ghetto” mixtape from hometown rapper, Famlay (from Norfolk, VA) in iTunes and wondered why it’s been 5 years since Fam’s debut studio album was supposed to come out.

Taking heed from Rock City‘s “Put The Fuckin’ Album Out” (PTFAO) movement, I would just like to express to whomever/whatever is keeping Fam’s music from being released to PUT THE FUCKING FAMLAY ALBUM OUT ALREADY! IT’S BEEN FIVE YEARS. !@#$.
